I guess the avocado is in season because there were several vendors with avocado in their stall in the flea market. We eat avocado with milk and sugar. I like avocado in big slices but sometimes I mash the avocado and freeze it so I have my own ice cream. I remember my grandfather eating the avocado with his coffee. That's weird huh.

Already? It's one of my favorites. Actually what I like about these summer months are my favorite fruits - indian mangoes, singkamas, avocado, chico. Aahh life is good in our place.

Dessert Avocado, something westerners will never understand since Avocado is Vegan mayonnaise in the west. #guacamole

@Alexandoy No they treat it like mayonaise. They use it for hotdogs, sandwiches, tacos and burgers. So for an American,Latino or European Avocado dessert is weird.

@CaptAlbertWhisker oh I see about the mayonnaise. Sorry, I misunderstood that I thought you put mayonnaise in the avocado.

@Alexandoy It is too early to have avocado. Usually it is July or August when there are available avocados. I like the dark skin avocado

@averygirl72 yes, you are right that August is the season. But that avocado may be from Mindanao.

I forgot using our blender. Maybe it's about time to get it out of the box.

@Alexandoy Yes, I think it really comes from Mindanao as we have those long avocados and they are very delicious.

Sometimes I eat the avocado with a sprinkle of sugar. But the best is in making it like an ice cream.

I think it is the avocado in Mindanao. Next time I go to the flea market I would ask the origin.
