Can Meditation Change A Life?

In modern times, I think meditation so compulsory for us, for our health, i do yoga and meditation everyday in morning time for a couple of hours ,
I do some exercises for 10 minutes each..
After do that i feel relax for rest of all the day..
Meditation helps us to be mentally healthy
And Yoga help us to strong our body while stretching..
How About You? Are You meditate Yourself at all??

I try to that is what the most important thing is.
I am managing ten minutes a time now and when I am out about five minutes at least.
Love the purple colour in the image too.

Going on youtube can help a lot too to keep you focused on some kind of nice music but only a little bit because otherwise I lose track of my effort.

There are different ways to do meditation... and this also depends on the religious upbringing you are raised in. This is by either praying, or by doing some mental and physical exercise and concentration to one's self in order to form a discipline that will definitely benefit both mind and body.
