LIGHT BREAKFAST after doing my early morning walking exercise today. It's a simple meal for breakfast. It's a hot nutritious oat-cereal, mix with milk (Energen Vanilla flavor), a tablespoon of honey and a piece of hot pandesal. I consider this as a healthy breakfast for it contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, D, E, Calcium and Folic Acid. What about you? What do you have for breakfast?

I ate one slice wheat bread with a little butter and coffee, then watermelon and salad

I always eat breakfast, but not a large meal. Usually it's a toasted bagel/cream cheese and coffee. I love hot cereal with milk!

@Nakitakona Jay use to eat two big meals each day. His doctor told him, this isn't healthy. A person should eat more often, but smaller meals.

@kobesbuddy I have come across that advice. The point of eating smaller meals is for easy digestion.

@Nakitakona Sounds like a good breakfast after your walk. I usually have cereal with banana and milk in it and hot chocolate to drink.

That is a healthy breakfast! I have bread or paranthas (fried Indian bread), or at times Museli or Corn flakes with milk.

That's the best thing to do - skipping not breakfast.
