Day 191 Promise 249 Psalm 113:7 He raises up the poor out of the dust, and lifts the needy out of the dunghill; 8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people. 9 He makes the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD. Do you feel like your life will never improve? Have you accepted your situation but dream of a better life? The psalmist showed that God determines your status. When you give Him praise, when you trust Him, you will find yourself in places you never thought possible. God changes your barren life to one of joy and blessing. As Christians, you don’t need to accept your way of life as your destiny. When you praise God, when you put all your faith, hope, and life in His hands, He will lift you up from the dunghill where Satan placed you and bring fulfillment to your life. Your barren life will see joy. You will laugh as you hold your dreams in your hand. Psalm 84:5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them. 6 Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also fills the pools. You’re not a desert, you’re a well-spring of life. Let God fulfill your dreams when you trust Him and give Him praise. Psalm 37:3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. 6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. 7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass. Let’s pray: Father, fill my life with Your goodness. Let me know joy and laughter as I praise You with a joyful heart. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
