I know we all sometimes have problems at work. Even I who work from home have problems, simply some people are never satisfied. Do you have such or similar problems at your job?

I am working from home temporarily due to health issues. The most important thing we need while working from home is motivation.

I can honestly say working at home as a Tattoo Sketch Designer has more customers that are never satisfied, you can do there design over 50 different ways and there never fully satisfied. I worked 3 jobs in high school and I never had as many problems with clients than I do working at home.

Conflicts are inevitable on the work space. Though you do want to confront the person whom you have problems with, it's really best to put matters in a more calm and professional manner. The only thing you can do is to separate anger and differences and work on the task given... At the end of the day, you are then able to finished the workload and you can just vent those sentiments outside the workspace. Thanks for your post.
