Sudden death in my family last night

One of my distant grandmother passed away last night. We all had some good and wonderful memories associated with her.
She was an extremely active woman all her life. But in the past two months her health declined and age started showing its effects.
Her death will be a great shock to my own grandparents.
Now I'm really afraid of the fact that my grandparents are getting old..
