That is true. I have seen old people who became small. My father was 5 feet, 4 inches. When he was 80, I have noticed that he was smaller like just slightly over 5 feet. That was due to the shrinkage of the bones. I drink milk 2 or 3 times a week for breakfast. That is for my calcium needs.

I drink milk that has high calcium on it. Also, it's not healthy to take more amounts of calcium supplements because Too much calcium in your blood can weaken your bones, create kidney stones, and interfere with how your heart and brain work. So one tablet a day is enough and take something in natural forms such as milk and eating calcium rich vegetables.
