It's a beautiful Sunday morning. It won't be quite as warm as yesterday, topping off at 25. Yesterday was a balmy 32. I hope so. You know the last one is always the most ornery and toughest to get rid of, even though I still have a long way to go.

Keep up the good work though a few comments. 1) Weigh only once a week--same place, time and clothes (if you are wearing clothes when you weigh!) 2) Say "I got rid of---pounds!" When you lose something you go looking for it and you don't want to find the fat you have lost! :O The hardest part of 'losing' weigh is keeping it off. I lost 100+ POUNDS IN 1967--over the past 53 years I've regained 26 pounds--it is a constant battle!

I weigh first thing in the morning, either my scale or the one at the Y. I found they're both the same, which is good. I agree the hardest part of losing is keeping it off.

What, you haven't had a martini since then? You did say you lost when you had a martini. I gained again, but I'll get rid of it hopefully by tomorrow or by the end of the week.

My food was alright.. a brownie, three small pieces of Italian bread with butter, 1.5 ice creams, and some lasagna. More than I've been eating with feeling sick, which wasnt really good but food tasted good. Only got 5-6,000 something yesterday.

Your banana bread doesn't have harmful ingredients, it's low in fat. So, it won't cause weight gain, unless you eat servings that are too large. You're doing a beautiful job! Keep up the good work

@just4him I'd say a 1/2 inch slice would be about 100 calories, just guessing.
