How can I get rid of my panic attack?

I thought I already overcome that coz for twice already, I have successful treatment without having to feel discomfort plus the support I’m having from the boyfriend. But this evening, while younger Brother was buying food for our dinner, my oxygen tank was emptied already, then the oxygen machine was too slow, that’s why I panic and I sweat a lot. Thankful enough, I have my 4th Brother to help me out of my panic attack. Anyone here could give me advice on this? On what should I do? Photo is me when I was still okay

You should bring with you some soothing musics, calm down, close your eyes and think to something beautiful. A waterfall, a beach and the waves making a nice noise that makes you sleepy. Breath slowly letting out all the air, you can do it.

We started something last Monday, after starting my treatment I should have something to eat until it reaches 30 minutes of my treatment. So far it was good.

I would advise the same as @LadyDuck did in the comment. Try to not get panic. I know it is easy for me to say because I don´t have experienced what you have.

I think that she must try to be as relaxed as she can and to breath slowly or the oxygen will not come out quickly enough.

That sounds scary I can imagine being panicked in your shoes. I am not good at advice on the subject. I heard something about rubbing the bottom of the ear lobes (where earrings go) is supposed to help.

@JustBhem that's great that him rubbing your back calms you. I wish he were able to be around all the time when you feel like that.

When I feel discomfort, or if I worry, I panic right away. I swear hard, and I even pee, but if that happens and the boyfriend is around, I ask him to rub my back up and down. Sometimes, it will go right away, and there are times it will stay long.

I like your picture. You look great. Perhaps you have to learn how to take things calmly. It is only you who can defeat anxiety attack. I know it's not easy for the fear is always there. Been there, done that. So I know.

Try to relieve your stress. These panic attacks will come down automatically.
