Has any of you ever experience these?
How can one handle such situations?
I think that it's no joke and easy having to go through with that situations. The whole second maybe as if never ending. It is said that stress is one triggering factor. We often hear the word and avoid the situation as we can but it seems that stress is inseparable to us.

Yes, most of the time, specifically if I am feeling stressed out.

Fear and anxiety have been issues for me my whole life, so yes, I am very familiar with anxiety and panic attacks. Your description of what it does to you is spot on. As far as how I handle it, I only recently found things that have worked. For me, things like medications did not work, and often times only made things worse. Therapy, by itself, never worked either. I have found natural remedies like getting good sleep (easier said than done!), taking lots of B-vitamins, and getting more alone time into my schedule when I am especially stressed or have an anything coming up that I know will take a lot out of me to be especially helpful. Aromatherapy with essential oils has also been of some benefit.

I get anxious a lot bit definitely it isn't an anxiety attack. Those who get this definitely go through a lot.

In handling problem or stressful situation this is my guiding principle:
"If worry under the sun there's a solution or there's none. If there's hurry and find it. If there's none, never mind it."
