hi all my friends. today is good enough to relax. because I'm not leaving for work tomorrow. This is the 4th month where the rainy season is still here. yes I'm making crackers from mushrooms. and I think this is suitable for snacks when it rains. and this seems very tasty and crispy. I just need to use spicy sauce to eat it. Have a nice day...

@thelme55 I prepare fresh mushrooms that have been cleaned. then I mix it with flour. then I fry it in hot oil

@leny34 I love morels when I can find them in the spring. They are very expensive to buy here so I have to find them growing wild. The rest of the time it is usually canned button mushrooms.
