Being your oldest and youngest version of you now

Hi.. I little something I wrote out on Monday. Those into the law of attraction and/or mindfulness will get this... Right at this moment, you are older than you have ever been before. But then you are also younger than you will ever be in the future. Make every moment count. Now is the time to make that decision to enjoy every day as both your oldest self and the youngest self. As your oldest self, you've learnt plenty of life lessons along your way. As your youngest self, you have new lessons to learn, new happiness to enjoy and new memories to make. As your oldest self, you know you've made a lot of life choices. Some right and some wrong. As your younger self, you learn from this. You make your own choices and decisions. Make sure you feel happy and comfortable with them. If not then leave them be. As your oldest self, you've become the person you are right here and right now. As the youngest self of you, you can still choose to be whoever you want to be. Go back and look on your life so far as your older self. Now look to your future with anticipation as your youngest self. As your oldest self, you have been in charge of your own life. You may have simply forgotten this though. As your youngest self remember this fact. You are in charge of your life, your happiness and where you are heading next. As your oldest self, congratulate yourself to getting to the point in life where now you can say it's your youngest selves turn now, to build the rest of your future just as you want it. Your oldest self knows that everything that has been in their lives so far has been manifested by them only. The youngest knows how to deliberately create and is so looking forward to watching future manifestations unfold. It matters not how old your oldest self is. The youngest self looks into the future with great happiness. Your oldest self has made mistakes but it's okay as they are in the past. Your youngest self has learnt from these mistakes and is ready to move on. Your oldest self has gratitude and appreciation for all in their lives so far and for today. Your youngest self has even more gratitude and appreciation for the things still to come. As your oldest self, you may or may not have been too aware of your emotions. Your youngest self now understands the importance of using their feelings as guidance to alignment. Your oldest self says to your youngest self... "Right I've got you this far, it's over to you now". Your youngest self, will be excited and joyful, just knowing that the best is yet to come! Let these words sink in, one bit at a time, and build awareness of your own oldest and youngest self. Every second there is a new one, so if you get it wrong, it really doesn't matter. Your youngest self is always there to take over and start afresh. Every minute of every day. When you read this, look at your own life, and how each sentence is relevant to your own circumstances. I hope these words can resonate with you. I started writing them yesterday when I got a sudden urge to write, and they just flowed. Today, I have finished them off, and I just picked up the flow where I left off. Enjoy.
