Fear all over the country

There's fear all over my country for the past few weeks now, due to what is happening. There's some unknown people who are going around gassing people with unknown chemicals. Incidences have happened in schools, and homes. No one has been arrested in connection with the same so far.
Parents are afraid for their children in schools. It is now causing panic in citizens. Some innocent people have been killed by mobs been suspected to be the ones gassing the communities.

There's some unknown people who are gassing people with chemicals, but the police have failed to arrest them. So people are rioting against the government
