I baked a coco cake today / myLot

I have made some bread before the past days. Now it is the turn to bake a cake. As you know, I don't make the same thing within a week. There must be different food

I tried this coco cake recipe and it went very well. It is just like a sponge and tastes very well.

@youless Which kind of "Italian"? Ciabatta, michetta, rosetta, Ferrarese, biove, Tuscan, Francesina...??? It is incredible how many breads we have in Italy and how outside Italy they call 1 bread "Italian" and one cheese "Swiss".

@LadyDuck Yeah, I also found that there are many fancy bread in Italy. I think if one day we will travel to Italy, I will really enjoy the food there. Italy has many delicious food and pizza is only a little part of it
