Some more they are so quite but there is mornings like today when I get up come down stairs and turn on the lights. I go and feed and put clean water in the ferrets dishes. Shortly after some times the boys start playing loudly. Now ferrets don’t make physical sound that much. You could hear every now and then a light hiss, a dook (it’s like a little squeak sound). This morning all I could hear was them flopping in the cage and then there crinkle tunnel they where around.
They did that for like 5 minutes and I sat there watching them being silly and play with each other. It’s so cute!

I wonder what made them so active this morning?

They tend to be active they are more awake when we are wake. Ferrets keep like 20 hours a day so when they play they play.

@ShyBear88 We played a few times with the ferrets and as it was climbing on my clothes, I noticed that the clothes were smelling the next day. I assumed it was from the ferret, I don't remember the smell exactly.

@besweet that’s normal. That’s not so much themselves as it is probably poop or oils from them. In a animal smells they by far not as smelly as some animals. Dogs and cats have a much stronger smell in my option.
