I like making omelets :) take 4 eggs not 3 beat lighty so that u can trap enough air in the beaten eggs.. a lil bit of salt... some black pepper. then chop some onions as many as you want... i use one big onion then some garlic one clove would be enough put some cooking oil in the frying pan turn to low heat :) then saute ur garlic until brown, add the onions wait until its translucent. then add the eggs. stir in one direction. until the egg is done... i like it not that well done...creamy egg omelet ... how bout u!!! share ur recipe :)
