Is College a Scam?

I can't think of any reasons why it would be. I'm in college to become an Elementary teacher. Can somebody give me reasons as to why it's a scam? I've heard a lot of people say that!

Education will never be a scam. It becomes a scam if you go to fake schools.

@HannahLeigh518 yes they make diploma exactly the same as the original school. They sell this to people. There are also schools who would make an individual graduate even if they don't attend school they just pay.

@florelway Oh wow! I didn't know that. I don't understand how people can do that. I'd feel as though I didn't accomplish anything if I was just handed a diploma without actually working for it.

Not a scam but too many graduates are going into student loan debt for useless degrees in the real world.
