BLURRY VIDEO PREVIEW ON VEGAS 11

Hello, everyone! It's been a while. So I decided to ask if ever someone knows how to use vegas pro 11? I encountered this blurry effect on the preview of my video. :( I already tried doing things that others mentioned, but still it is blurry. :( Can someone please help me? I badly need to edit my video now and vegas 11 is the only video editor I have.
