I made fried rice for breakfast. It’s an easy dish made with rice and soy sauce and eggs. Quite vegetarian. No meat at all. If I had prawns or squids at home, I might have made a different kind of fried rice - maybe Chinese style fried rice.
How do you like your fried rice cooked?

Mmm! I make mine with different ingredients with my old rice. This morning I had Spam, egg and tater tots with a slice of toast. I know not too healthy but it's good.

@oahuwriter If I feel lazy to cook, I will just eat anything from the night before.

@UmiNoor no such thing as a poor person's fried rice especially to a hungry stomach.

@allen0187 That’s true. You’re not poor if you have something to eat.

I like Chinese sausage and eggs in my fried rice when I eat rice (don’t eat rice as often though)

I like a fried rice that has many chopped vegetables and bits of meats so I don't need a viand anymore. The special fried rice is a complete meal to me
