Happy Birthday Nay!

Hello everyone! It is a bright and sunny day again. The sun is inviting me to go out. I have to go to DHL anyway to send the package to my friend in the Philippines. Today is the birthday of my mother who past away for more than a decade. She is supposed to be 87 years now. I really miss her especially when I am in our home in my home country. I miss her love and care. I was not able to take care of her when it was the last months of her life like the way I cared for my father in his last months on earth. Fellow mylotters, take care of your parents while you have still the chance to do so. One day, our parents leave us and we feel alone and we regret the things that we have not done or said to them. Happy birthday Nay (mother)!

Yes, I still remember as if it was just yesterday. I was a sickly kid and her eldest child. I am so sorry that you have lost them as well @marlina

Virtual hugs to you and blessings. I always light a candle for my mom's birthday when it rolls around in May. Our moms are never far away and always looking out for us.
