Extra morning cuddles

This morning I got extra morning snuggles from my 5 year old. He was mad that I had his daddy hold him down and make him take his iron supplement. I had asked him several times to take it nicely. I sat with him talk to him calmly explained if he didn’t if we would hand to take him to the doctor and they will do in a shot for me knowing that McIntyre motivation him to just take it on his own. Nope!!! So the holding him down resulted in some much need mommy snuggles. Then several minutes later we stopped cuddling and a few minutes pass that he did say it tastes like oranges.

He isn’t baby’s any more. Even thought he’ll always be my baby in general anyways

Glad you got some extra cuddles in. I imagine it is hard to get a child to take medicine, don't have any kids. Maybe he'll get better with it now that he knows it tastes like oranges.

He is normally the one that will take any thing I give him including meds with no fuss. But today he wanted to. Yes maybe now that he has tasted it he might just take it a little easier. His sister doesn’t like here antibodics and I even told him you see she took hers and didn’t fuss now it’s over.

taking supplements something hard for.me.to.do. i dont like swallowong tablets too but good thing he.likes the taste.

His is liquid form.
