Security Guard Problems

Philippines

There was a hostage situation recently and gladly no one got hurt. Sadly though cops didn't learn much from doing crowd control since he threatened them with four grenades. They allowed this person to air his grievances until cops took the opportunity to dismantle him. Turns out a rival channel radio host revealed he gets more than two dozens of security guards complaining about lack of benefits and health care. Not to mention you're salary is in loan when you have an emergency. But I doubt there's going to be a solution soon. Not all agency or company pays fair.

@Letranknight2015 I understand but that didn't solve the problem and now he'll probably never work again and spend a long time in jail. I just know that there are jails full of people who got desperate and frustrated .

I guess he has valid point in complaining for the benefits and others but the way he did it was entirely wrong and everything he has done will just be blame against him because of hurting a fellow guard and threatening an establishment with its employees at harm. All the allegations of the unfair treatment of them was overshadowed by his actions.

I think he became desperate and agitated from months of abuse from the Management @rsa101

Oh yes the guy who took the hostages.. Well it will be hard to get any results for the guards to change anything.

Hello @RebeccasFarm It's supposed to be the law makers that should initiate the change.
