I haven’t been feeling so well since yesterday after I came back from my daughter’s school. I felt so dizzy and light-headed. I think my vertigo coming back again. I don’t think it’s the coronavirus, if that’s what you’re thinking. No fever, no flu, no cough. Just dizzy and nausea. I’m feeling a little better now. Have you ever had vertigo before? What do you do? Is there some medication that I should take? I don’t want to go see the doctor. I’m just hoping that this will go away by itself. It did the last time I had vertigo.

Get your blood pressure checked. it can be because of low BP as well

The last time I checked, my blood pressure was high. My daughter said that I was probably dehydrated.

@UmiNoor you can substitute your salt to Himalayan salt, it more healthier. You don't have to worry about the intake. All you have to do is avoid carbo as much as you can. It is the main problem in many health issue

I have never tried bekam. My nieces are in this business of doing bekam but I never thought about asking them to do bekam on me. I think my vertigo was due to my high salt intake. Every time I eat salty food or snack, I will get vertigo. I just can't help it. I love my food salty, you know like french fries, potato chips and so on. Need to change my diet.

I never had vertigo, but a family member did. It's better to see a doctor, usually it's from the ear crystals moving and making you feel nausea, for this the doctor will give you some exercises that will help. But it could be from other things also, hope you get checked up soon.

Sorry to take such a long time to respond. The last time I went to see a doctor, he said my blood pressure was too high. I need to drop my blood pressure and eat less salt.

Sorry to respond to your comment so late. But it's better late than never right? I had my blood pressure checked and it was on the high side.
