Nightmare Neighbors

What is your worst neighbor story? I have a new one I initially liked. I introduced myself, welcomed her to the complex, and told her if she ever needed help to let me know. Oh my. She acts like the complex is her garage. She keeps breaking things, but doesn't pick up the glass, or screws, and my dogs have to walk over that. I shouldn't have to pick that up. She made such a mess on the sidewalk in front of the complex that they made her power wash the sidewalk she dirtied up...permanently. The power washing did nothing.
This is mild considering there are murdering neighbors, and mean neighbors, but it's getting on my nerves. She and her friends keep leaving cigarette butts on the ground, the stairs, and in the grass. Of course smokers all over don't seem to care where they put put their cigarettes.
One thing I noticed, rich or poor, a heck of a lot of smokers put their butts out anywhere and everywhere.
I also thought of @DianneN and Dr. Jay! He was terrible.

I had a guy who left his front door open and would blast rap music with "mothereffer" being in every other lyric. I called about him, and they shut him down, thank goodness. In his own home is fine. With the front door open, and blasting it? No.

For the most part we have always had pretty good neighbours.
We did have a lady that lived beside us that was going thru some mental issues at 1 point and she trained her dogs to come out and run over to the fence that separated our yards to bark their fool heads off at us. We are quiet, really quiet people. Those dogs would always run us inside so it actually got to the point where we would not be outside if her and those annoying dogs were out there.
We were SO happy when she moved out.

First marriage, shared a duplex with young chicks on the other end. Hubby had to get up early for work. Southern California, they played loud music out the doors and were noisy all the time. Hubby asked them a time or two to shut it down early. It did not work. I have, more than once when sharing a duplex, tended to do noisy things in the early morning to get "revenge" on the late night noisies. Not sure it worked. Things like running the vacuum really early (even vacuuming a shared wall) or hanging pictures on a shared wall.

Yikes, she sounds barely civilized. I guess the worst story was where I used to live. The cat I had at the time.had lived the first part of his life outside was always trying to get out, and got into the neighbors truck for some odd reason...The guy said how would you like it if I took him somewhere and left him out??? Ha, no call for that! They had cats they knew how I felt. They also liked to complain about my dog making noise when I wasn't home. What did they want me to do, muzzle him?

It's as bad as having a rotten roommate. I feel for you.
