What's on the menu for March?

As promised, here's my list of recipes I plan to make this month starting this week. Due to leftovers and leftover frozen foods meal to help me get through this week, I'm ready to start cooking as I look forward to spring. This time around, you'll notice no turkey, crockpot, or dessert recipes. It's all going to be easy and on the stove or in the oven. Here's my list of ten recipes for this month: 1. Perdue's Cheesy Chicken Bacon Bombs with Chive Ranch Dressing (Perdue Calendar: December 2018)--Remember I couldn't find any Perdue chicken products at my local stores two years ago? I've lucked out this time and found it this time around. Sweet deal! With a few ingredients, this recipe would be whipped up in a half-hour. 2. Spicy Lemony Chicken Breasts with Croutons and Greens (New York Times)--Since it's been awhile when I've found a recipe from NYT Magazine, I found I would give it a go and add it to my repertoire. A few ingredients I need to make this and dinner is served in no time. 3. Ham and Cheese Casserole (Taste of Home)--Since the white bean soup was a hit from the site, I've found this one from one of the emails from the magazine. It looks so good and delicious to eat, just by looking at the picture. 4. Ranch, Bacon and Parmesan Pasta Salad (All Recipes Daily Dish email)--I've found this daily recipe in my inbox just last week. So talk about perfect timing. Since spring is around the corner, it's perfect for salads on a warm night. 5. Mediterranean Shrimp Quinoa Bowls (All Recipe Magazine, April/May 2018)--This is one of the three seafood dishes I plan to make this Lenten season. And it reminds me of those poke bowls you can make at home. I just need to buy (or make) tahini and buy pine nuts and more shrimp at Acme next weekend. 6. Perdue's Whole Grain Tenders Spinach Salad With Strawberries and Pecans (Perdue Calendar: May 2019): Yet again, I'm glad they had the Perdue chicken tenders I need at the store and use my coupon for it. It saved time to doing it at home. So easy to make this recipe on a warm day. I just need pecans to buy at Acme next weekend. 7. Champagne Shrimp With Pasta (All Recipes)--This is another one of my seafood dishes I plan to make this month on a Friday night. Since I don't have any champagne, I'm going to sub it with sparkling white grape juice. Another item I need to buy at the store since I don't think regular would work as a substitute. 8. Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup (All Recipes)--This is my only soup I'll be making this month before spring's around the corner. I love buying these soups at the store from time to time. But now I can try to make it on my own. With a few ingredients, it's a peace of cake. 9. Sesame Pasta (All Recipes)--This is another light and easy recipe to make on a Friday night. And since this recipe has bean sprouts--something I haven't had since my salad bar says a few years ago--this would be easy to whip up in no time, probably this weekend. 10. Broiled Tilapia Parmesan (All Recipes)--Last year, I've made Heather's Broiled Tilapia Parmesan. Now this is the original recipe which is a bit similar to make. A few ingredients is what I need to make this dish, like tilapia, perfect for a weekend night. That's it on my list for this month. What's on your menu? See you tomorrow.

Wow. I am making myself eat a store tomato or two each week even though they are not very tasty. I plan on making an avocado dressing this week. I'm starting to make more dinner salads- incorporating blueberries and walnuts in with the greens. And polenta. Love that stuff. And home mushroom soup.

I am not sure, I don't usually plan my meals that far in advance. I do know I am having chicken tenderloins tonight though. All your recipes sound good.
