I woke up around 5:30am! Too early but I've been up and awake since then. I had a bit of a stressful frustrating day yesterday working til almost 9 at night on my website which is still no further to being completed. In the end I called it quits for the night and tried to get some sleep. Sleeping so early when I eventually did sleep probably closer to 10ish is why I no doubt woke up before the crack of dawn. However it's now 9am here and I am feeling a bit sleepy again so considering lying down and trying to sleep for a bit longer since it is a Sunday and after yesterday I deserve a more relaxing hopefully less stressful day.

Just enjoy the rest of the weekend. In a little bit you'll be up and feel energized enough to do what you want to do

@florelway Definitely! We must take a rest to recharge or we'll be running on empty until we eventually make ourselves ill!

Thank you I've just got back in from shopping but it wasn't all that stressful got to enjoy the time with my dad and relax for a bit and chat whilst he got his breakfast I opted for a smoothie in a vain hope to try and be a bit healthier. I had scoffed some dairy free coins this morning to be fair so...ah well.

@kepweng I don't really have a set routine to be honest or a set time I wake up. That entirely depends on when I sleep and for how long. Often I might sleep at a reasonable time but continually wake through the night. I am lucky that right now I do not have any obligations that require me to be up by a certain time. With my mental health and physical health some days it can drain me to do minor tasks. Sometimes I wake up aching and feeling as though I've barely slept even though I did actually sleep for 10 plus hours all the night through. My morning routine I guess would be waking up checking my different sites social media like facebook and my blogs. My affiliate earning app my redbubble store. My vocal media account. Later on maybe twitter and instagram. Now I will incorporate checking mylot into my routine and of course alongside this I go on my phone to complete tasks sometimes. Not all the time anymore but some times i will do some surveys or some other things on my phone for extra cash, This I guess is kind of my morning routine wake up check my socials and earning money sites and apps etc. Then I just do with my day what I can based upon my energy levels and mental state.
