So, I was a little intimidates by pressure cooking, but I bought myself a Ninja Foodi that pressure cooks, air fries, sautes/cooks, bakes/roasts, slow cooks, makes yogurt... You know, the works. I was so excited to try it, but it has been over a week and I just used it last night, and... I LOVE IT! I could cook and saute in the Foodi, then pressure cook in the same pot to finish it off. It took only a few minutes to make dinner and everyone loves it. I made Chicken Marsala. Even thought the recipes says InstaPot, it worked just as well in the Foodi. If you try this recipe, let me know how you liked it in your pressure cooker!

I've always been a bit scared of pressure cookers. They used to be a bit unreliable and occasionally we'd hear of one exploding.

I have seen that. I am not sure how I would do with it though, as I am afraid of the instant pot..lol. I have only used it a couple of times.

@cpefley I had a pressure cooker once for rice only. It was not so good after awhile so got rid of it and just make rice in a pan. I am glad you like yours.
