Or something... All I knew is I was sitting in front of this lady at the restaurant who kept telling me about her ex husband and how he was a real piece of work. All I really wanted to do was eat my dinner, but I couldn't seem to eat with her blabbering on about someone I didn't know nor cared about. I didn't even know her, though she looked vaguely familiar. I had just placed my order when the woman came and sat at my table. She didn't so much as introduce herself before she was laying out her life story and telling me how I should just give up on the male species. I tried to get the attention of the waitress, but she didn't seem bothered that I was clearly annoyed at this intrusion of my privacy. I am not sure what I expected a diner waitress to do about it anyway. It wasn't until she started talking about Obama that my ears perked up, but I tried to drown her out again when I realized she was insinuating that they had once been married. The lady was living in some sort of fantasy land, that's for sure. I looked at her again and that's when I realized who she was. The short hair dyed a fiery red, her short stature and petite frame. This was my ex mother in law... -- Then I woke up, but of course not before my ex husband slid into the booth beside me and tried to act as if years hadn't passed by since we were married.
