I'm heading out for another day with the littlies. I have some stories I want to tell about emotional development, the development of reading, the importance of secure attachment, etc, but I'll save that for later in the day. Right now I just want to be on-time. What are your plans for this sunny and cool Monday? We actually had some rain over the weekend!

@TheHorse They are only having a brief service at the grave site; so I think he's going to pass on going to Alabama. His sister can't come either because her husband is having hand surgery.

Can I send you an injection of morphine? It helps my lower back. Just kidding. I'm not sure my back could handle an endurance ride. But I do want to get back into riding. I'm done grieving my old gal.

@TheHorse He has had a couple of cortisone injections. They do seem to help. Don't forget to write about it when you get another horse.

It's starting to cloud over now (high overcast) but it was sunny all morning. I spent about an hour outside, inspecting the yard, picking up some detritus. The daffs and tulips are starting to come up and one of the beets that got left in the ground last fall is putting out fresh greens.
