Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I am back to share my food/health post for the day.
Weigh in?
Monday: 186.5
Tuesday: 187.0
Went up a bit, but probably because my calories were too high.
Blood Sugars:
Fasting - 84
Meal 1 - 90
Meal 2 - 85
Meal 3 - 75
All of them were great today! Now if I can keep them there daily that would be great.
What did I eat?
Meal 1 - Carl's Jr ~
I had 2 hamburger patties, 2 slices of cheese
I also had like 2 or 3 fries....but that's it.
Meal 2 -
Can of tuna with mayo and no sugar added ketchup
1 slice of cheese (swiss)
I had 1 sun chip.
Meal 3 -
"Keto" mug brownie from Birch Benders.
3 Net carbs (total was like 26 but most came from fiber and sugar alcohols)
Macros for the day:
Calories - 1,265
Protein - 67
Fat - 101
Net Carbs - 13
Percentages: 5% Carbs / 22% protein / 73% Fat
I think I did pretty well, especially with keeping my sugars low - even though I did sneak in a fry or two. Glad the dessert didn't affect me either, sometimes those kind of things aren't so friendly.
What do you think? Also, how did you all do yesterday?

@just4him My nutritionist says below 70 is too low. Normal is 80 to 100.
And no problem!

Thank you, I thought I did pretty well. Woke up with a low blood sugar today (66) so doing something right.

Well probably up because I had too many calories...I went down after having the lower calorie day.

Yes I do....but I know there will be cheat days. I am going to try to only have 1 at a time in the future. I'd say just a cheat meal but not sure if I can do that lol
