I would have anxiety haunting me almost every single hour , it was a fear of missing something to remember or of leaving something undone.Even after heading to bed at night I would have my mind overthinking in spinlocks. I lately started to repeat the same practice that I would frequent almost two years back until I had changed my phone. I have begun to put/set reminders instantly as soon as I have a thought of doing something in priority ... kind of ToDo list. I am now realizing that from the last two days I feel less stressed , fearless and I live / feel my presence in the moment otherwise I would be lost somewhere in my thoughts while talking to friends or wife.
The only feature I miss to have in my current phone is the flexibility to snooze at a customized time interval. Rather the snooze option would let me remind the same task after every 5 minutes and I can`t extend or reduce this 5 minutes window as it is not letting me change it .... I need to go to reminder section and entirely change the reminder time. But this was not the case with my last phone as it would rather ask 'Remind after x minutes' as soon as it asks to snooze ....

I have one at my office desk. But I would rethink if I can arrange at home and that should be very appropriate for this concern.

I keep a to do list and I will keep track of the activities which I will need to complete at each day. This list will always be updated. Some items been taken off and added with the completed task been strike off.

I'm sorry you have had so much anxiety. Are you now coping better with all the things you have to do? I hope so.
