No laundry today. Facemask required.
When I called my son this morning to let him know I would be over to do laundry, he said both Jon and his roommate are sick, NOT with Covid-19, but precautions are required. He told me to get a face mask. I went to both Walgreens and Wal-Mart and neither have them. So, I came back home.
I haven't wanted to be on the computer this morning. So, I watched TV instead and continued to get my steps for today. I thought about getting something for tomorrow's L.I.F.T. breakfast get together but didn't. I don't know what I'll make for it. I might pick something up tomorrow morning.
Yesterday, I said I wouldn't track my numbers, but did anyway because it wasn't too bad. The only thing that's really high is sodium. Here are what I ate and the numbers.

I think you still did great, and with the exercise you got it under 1,000. Sorry you couldn't do your laundry and couldn't find a mask.

@just4him I didn't check here, but I am sure they would be gone here. The stores here are even out of eggs! The only thing I am really needing. That is good you can get it done on Tuesday

I so need to get back on my diet I’ve put on 20 pounds since I feel off the wagon and having a disorder like compulsive eating sucks! Thanks for inspiring people to eat healthy and giving them ideals on that to eat!

You are doing good with food and exercise. Face masks are out of stock everywhere. Glad we had it since a few years because of pollution. Hope your son and his friend get well soon.
