Health Journey 2020 - Days 72 & 73

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well.
I know I didn't post anything yesterday, or update about how I am doing. Well, yesterday I woke up just not feeling great. I have been having a pain in my stomach. It doesn't last too long when it happens, but it is painful. Probably happens every hour or so. Yesterday I made my normal breakfast of sausage and eggs, but ended up not being able to eat it. Later in the day, I tried to eat a chicken patty and a few fries - no not on my diet, but just wanted to at least eat something. I think that is the only thing I ate, besides maybe a piece of candy (a small one).
Today I still had the pains, but didn't feel as nauseated. I didn't want to tempt it though and try to eat what was on my plan. I had a griller from Taco Bell. For my second meal I had a burger, but couldn't finish the meat.
I might be back on plan tomorrow though if I feel okay.

Last time - 185.2
Yesterday- 182.4
Today - 180.0! Woohoo!
Finally under the weight I kept gaining and losing. Also, my all time low in 2020. Also, 9.2 pounds lost so far in 2020!
I am sure the scale will be up again tomorrow some, but hopefully not too much. Hopefully next week I can start working out again too, just depends if these pains go away.

Saw another drop this morning, when I thought I would go up. Guess I do need to keep the calories super low. Hoping that if I add working out I can at least keep it around 1300-1400. I am feeling much better today, thank you.

@MommyOfEli2013 Check out other signs and if you're in doubt I think it's better to consult although this time around is not good going straight to the hospitals.

@ZedSmart Well since the pain is not constant I am not too concerned...I only go if absolutely necessary

Honestly no idea, I don't have any flu symptoms. I didn't eat anything bad since pain is the only issue. Thank you though

Do you feel that it could be IBS? I know when I diet my stomach bothers me a lot more because I’m eating less and eating healthier foods. But some of those healthy foods don’t agree tummy wise . I would seek professional help from a doctor . And probiotics are great to help with digestion issues.

I think I figured out what it was....although I was starting to wonder about that. Sorry that some healthy foods don't agree with your stomach.

You should be careful now about what you eat and if the pain continues maybe see a doctor,
