As you know, I didn't spend much time here yesterday. I intend to make up for that today. First, however, I have a breakfast meeting with the ladies of my church, so I will be leaving for that in another hour. I need to pick up a fruit tray on my way. It's going to take me a little bit to get there as she lives about half an hour from me.
Yesterday was also a different kind of eating day. It was more snacking than meals. However, I realized I needed to get my sodium up as the snacks didn't have sodium in them. It's also a higher calorie day. Let's just say it was a nutty day yesterday.
Here are the numbers and what I ate.

As I said, it was a nutty day, which is where most of the calories are from.

@Courtlynn The only time I was hard on myself was when I saw how many calories I consumed yesterday and then it was too late to be hard on myself. I'm glad I didn't gain anything.

@just4him good, I hope not. Even if you do bad one day, you've done so good and have come a very long way to be hard on yourself even once.

Yes, you calories were higher, but you are consistently using self-discipline. That's the key to success, with dieting.

@kobesbuddy A serving is a quarter cup. Which really isn't much by how bulky walnuts are.

@just4him Yes, nuts are full of healthy oil and protein, also. They should be eaten in small amounts.

What type of diet are you on? Keto? How much weight have you lost overall?

I'm not on Keto. I'm on Paleo. I started with Whole30. Overall, I've lost 52 pounds and still have a lot more to lose.

Thank you. I try to see how many I can do in one day. My goal is 6000. The more the better. Most of it is walking in place. That's a good workout by itself.

I am thinking that as long as you are not gaining weight you are doing something right. I am staying steady at my weight but I think it is because of my immobility. It is hard to lose weight when you cannot walk or exercise. Keep up the good work.

You appear to be doing nice. I'm also trying my best to limit my calorie intake.

If I didn't, I wouldn't lose weight. Which was the case before I started recording my food. It was 8 months last year before I started losing weight again. I need to lose weight in order to get knee replacement surgery. I still have a long way to go.
