No. Sir you have EVERY right to be disgusted. This is pure madness and people have not only become very un-American in this, very selfish, but quite literally they have lost their minds.
What's REALLY scary, when you think about it, is THIS is an example of what people would become in a different kind of a world.
Not to be bringing politics into the discussion, but this is what socialism would look like. Fellow man just simply ditching each other to get all they can for themselves.

We went out earlier and called two stores, went to one... NO TP ANYWHERE.
It's ridiculous, isn't it? All this panic. People need to step back and be calmer.

@amadeo So true, and I wonder if half of these people won't just re-sell it? I've seen photos on facebook of people with cart fulls of TP and underneath it says "These are teh same people who will be trying to return it in a month."

OMG, where did you get your picture! I would love to find that and send that to my oldest son, who can't find any right now. He's like me, he would laught his head off!
People around the areas that live through hurricanes will tell you, this happens everytime people hear that a huricane is coming. The main thing they wipe out is bread, water and ice. People do that because, you never know if your lights will go out and how long they will be out for. I remember years ago, ours was out for almost 2 weeks and we didn't have city water, so when the lights go out, you don't have water. We had to take big containers and go to town to even have water.

It is the same here in North Carolina. It is sad especially when a bunch of women get into fights in the aisles of Walmart to fight over packages of toliet paper. It's shameful, embarrassing to see. Life is too serious now to waste time fighting ... later they may meet up with the very people they were fighting with over toliet paper to save their lives. People aren't thinking. Yes, they are selfish, greedy, thinking only of themselves. What is so sad ... there's no need to be panic over material things ... if there's anything to panic over ... it's protecting lives, ours and everyone's. I'm ashamed of how people are putting their priorities in the wrong place ... these people were brought up differently than the older ones. Life is about them, no one else. Sadly, it probably won't stop ... and may only get worse. It is a scary world we live in.

@amadeo Thank you, Alfredo. I hope to see just the panic over material things stop ... people focus on staying healthy, keeping family members safe, healthy.

This has exposed the true nature of people. Where is the spread the wealth mentality now? I bet that many people screaming for equality and spread the wealth aren't sharing their TP stash.

Haha, not my friends, but will be cordial. Jerks the lot of them though. They can keep their dumb TP. Also if it really goes bad, my buddy told me Amazon has Toilet paper and hand sanatizer, what happened to that? Thought that is what its about but bar soap available because no one buying that. Shows you you the thought process is flawed and people not thinking. Anyway, how you been buddy, been a while.

We went to three store to buy what we needed for the week and half the shelves were empty. Just for the heck of it we checked the toilet paper and there was none.

People are hoarding more than TP and although our stores are saying they have supplies coming people are just buying more than they need. Yes it's selfish and inconsiderate.

Yeah I agree with you, very selfish, very uncalled for. Actually, a few days ago, someone invited me to a group on Facebook called, something along the lines of.. "Let's shame the people hoarding supplies in this pandemic" don't think that was quite the name, but that was the basic idea. It's interesting, some of the posts, people share.. Mostly pictures of people at stores, buying a ton of things, not needed.
