GOOD MORNING and HAPPY MONDAY FRIENDS. ANOTHER LONGEST WALKING DISTANCE of 6.45 kilometers I completed today. It's a new walking workout record I finished early this morning of Monday for 78.28-minute walking along the city streets of La Carlota going to the Boulevard.
Having the calories burned of 394 calories I have had today.

I did not walk today but I spent more time on my feet than usual with these long lines in stores now haha

I would love to know how fast I walk.
