My name is misspelled on my dental insurance card

I just got some new dental insurance the other day, and my name is spelled incorrectly on my insurance card.. Usually, the number is what they are after so it might not matter a huge deal, but it's annoying. I guess I better call them..Like I have nothing better to do..sigh! If they weren't sure, they could have checked with me. Do you ever get important things with your name misspelled?

I could hardly believe it when I saw it. My name is not hard to spell or anything..I can't believe they did it..oh well.

When I was in high school they had my middle name wrong. I told them multiple times this was wrong, they said they would change it but they never did. It was highly annoying. I know what you are going through.

I am not too worried about it, nonetheless it should be corrected. It's amazing..they always get your credit card info right..lol.

It can happen, because many Romanians don't know how to spell Hungarian names. And some of them misspell it intentionally.

My cousin has a daughter n aimed Aleska..I bet that poor kid gets called Alexa everyday of her life and her name gets misspelled. It doesn't help her nickname is Lexie!
