Feeling trapped

Yes I am feeling trapped inside my home in the wake of COVID 19. Yes I do have lots to do at home but every now and then I get the urge to want to socialize which is a no no right now. Going shopping is one option but I have to do it when the store is practically empty. I enjoy walking which is safe but right now due to a lot of melting and freezing, the walkways are all icy and unsafe. What's a gal to do?
How are you coping with the Coronovirus scare?

I sure hope so. Most leisure activities are shut down here for now here.

I'm living as usual, I trust in the Lord as He hasn't changed. =)
I hope you can get out soon!

We all have to make the best of things in our own way. However, if the city is shut down pretty muchshut down yit is difficult to operate as usual

I’m living my life as I have. And....sort of laughing. I didn’t think the world would be this easy to conquer: “we have a virus, surrender or we’re going to unleash it and kill everyone.”

I don't believe in panic but I do believe we have to be serious about limiting the possibility of exposure especially if you are of a certain age. Unfortunately, I can't carry on as usually as panic has set in and lots of places and activities are closed even though we only have 8 confirmed cases in our city.

I'm pretty much a homebody anyway but I do enjoy my little jaunts outside of the house. Knowing I'm pretty much stuck here isn't fun and I guess it's knowing I can't go anywhere that makes me want to go out even more.
At least we have clear sidewalks and can take a walk around the neighborhood.
While inside, I try to listen to upbeat music and keep my mind off what's going on outside in the world.

I had the same feeling today when I went to the store. Apart from the store shelves being nearly empty, the streets were strangely quiet.

There are still many things to do at home. Such as you can spend longer quality time with your family. You can try to cook something delicious. Spending some time on reading, listening music, painting etc. will be fine. Try to think about the positive way and stay at home since it is the safest way so far.
