Giving My Brain A Break.

I was so overwhelmed last night by all the talk of recent events, that my brain is in need of a break. So that's what I'm doing. In which case, forgive me if I'm slow at responding to any comments regarding recent events. I'm just not up to it today. I stepped outside for a few minutes earlier. It's chilly today though, so it was short-lived. It's supposed to be in the upper 70s tomorrow and Friday, so I'd like to go to the park. We can easily social distance in the park, while getting some fresh air. I actually want to walk to the duck pond, but I don't know if anyone else is going to want to, since it's a little further down. But it's so pretty and I love listening to them quack lol. The playground is out of the question for now. It's cool though, I think my niece will be happy just walking along the path and enjoying the weather. I'm listening to New Kids On The Block portion of the concert/stream they did in London with the Backstreet Boys back in 2012. I think I have the full concert saved somewhere, but right now, I'm just listening to NKOTB. And yes, I do listen to other stuff, but of course I'm going to listen to my favorite band lol. I have headphones on to drown everything else out, but that's okay because I have Jordan Knight singing in my ear right now. ;) I'm also planning to throw myself into my work. I have another keyword project to work on via Fiverr, as well as writing orders on Textbroker, so I'm going to alternate between the two. It'll keep me busy AND productive. :) I may do a few survey websites, but I don't know if I'm up to it right now, so maybe later. I'm limiting my time on social media. Of course I've been checking my notifications, and NKOTB's pages, but I'm not scrolling through my time line or clicking the trending topics. Not today, social media, not today. But yeah, it was all just too much last night, and at one point, I was on the verge of tears. It may sound babyish to others, but I'm sensitive and deal with anxiety. And maybe my anxiety isn't as bad as others, but a person can still only take so much crappy news everywhere they turn before they need to breathe. I'll keep up with important updates, but for now, it's best that I step back, at least for today (or the rest of the week).
