Maybe I Forgot How To Write

Its been brought to my attention , by the GF, that she has no idea what my handwriting looks like. That i have never written her a note or letter or directions. Nothing by my hands' stylings of the written letter. I asked her as to how this situation came about. One of her co-workers was complaining as to how she can't read her husbands writing and the others (3?) also agreed. Well, that left my GF to admit that she could not recall ever seeing my writing. She cannot remember seeing it in ink, lead or blood. The only thing she can say that she's seen originate from my hand with a writing utensil are my silly and childish looking scribbles that I call drawings. I've told her that I have written things to her. Texts, they count right? According to her, texts dont count. It has to be written on paper, but at this point she'll even take it as graffiti written on a wall. I swear i've written a few words and my name on birthday cards to her. She kept needling at me to give her an answer as to why I haven't written to her. I told her that it's technologies fault and the environmentalist. Because of technology, I can send her a text or e-mail instead of a post it note. And because of environmentalism, i'm not using up a whole sheet of paper for a written message. And i'm saving the trees by not using a pencil! Or littering with left over eraser dust. For now she's given up.
