I missed my yesterday

Staying at home for one week now has brought me back to my yesterday. I truly missed my yesterday when I was young, full of innocence, lots of freedom at play, no worries, no harm and no deadly sicknesses. I missed climbing on fruit trees stealing the ripe. I missed lying in the running water caused by short flood and no skin sicknesses at all. Then at my teenage , I missed those going to discos, watching movies, strolling and group dating. There never had a life-threatening viruses like what we had, the SARS, the MERSCOV, the SWINE FLU, the Ebola Virus and now the COVID19 that gone wild country to country. All I do is sigh!!!

It’s becoming a sad, frightening world. I’m savoring my memories before I lose my mind completely.

@JudyEv, so true unlike the young people today. Many don't see the beauty of beauty. Their gadget becomes their god too.

@just4him it's so scary. Let us always pray. Tell your pastor or minister to pray for the world to have this worst virus disappear by itself and won't multiply to the world of humans.

Things are so different from when we were young. I feel sorry for the kids of today. There is so much more to worry about now.

@HazySue, yes true so different as technology takes advantage to the world. Kids today failed to see the beauty of nature. They focus more on their gadgets watching anything.

@amitkokiladitya, hi ? How are you? How's your country? Are there contaminated people? Ours here at its worse, all schools, malls, churches, closed. Many would be hungry and many would get sick from the sucking virus. Yes, you're right, we are helpless this time.

I think this is the time when nature wants to breathe, so let's just stay home and let healing comes in so we can all go back to our normal life just like yesterday:)

@rakski , all people on Earth live on uncertainty this time. How's the city you live? In CDO no entry , no exit to avoid the overspreading of coronavirus.

Try and keep positive and know that we will once again get over this although it is likely to take a long time! Keep calm and keep well!

@garymarsh6, thanks Gary, yes and no choice. I feel bored , yes boring. I want to go to beach to swim but cannot make it. We are surrounded here with numerous check points. I hope this pandemic shall pass ASAP. We are displaced and this worst virus disables the world and humanity.

That really makes me wonder. We got such beautiful world from our previous generations and see what we have left as legacy behind. High time we take the lessons seriously what the virus is trying to teach.
