Yep. I am in the service industry and my job here in FL shut down on Tues around 5 PM due to the pandemic. Luckily I got to work my shift and got home before I had to see it being shut down. I am on my "scheduled off" days right now, so I have not felt the effects settle in yet. Being home all day with my son and trying to get him to do some school work has been no picnic though. Luckily my husband still has his job as a meat manager at a grocery store and is getting overtime, so I am very grateful to still be having an income. This has hurt us servers, bartenders, busboys, cooks, owners and managers really hard. Some restaurants may not even open back up after this because of the financial loss. I pray this will not happen to my place of work. I am prepared to file for unemployment later today and see if I can collect anything during this difficult time. I am also going to try some kind of side job until this all blows over. To everyone who is not working right now because of this national crisis, may God or whoever you believe in be with you. Good luck!!

I just wrote about this. I'm worried for everyone who can't work during this time.

Yeah I am a little worried. We have some savings for emergencies and this does clarify as an emergency. It's just scary not knowing how long it will last.
