Wild Violet Jelly

Yesterday I picked violets before I mowed grass. I made my infusion and tonight I made a batch. I have to say it's delicious. Has it's on unique flavor. I will make more to sell, because, that is what I do.

Pick and wash the flowers in cold water. Place in a jar, cover with boiling water, put a lid on. let sit over night, strain. 2 1/2 juice and 5 cups sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice. 1 pack liquid pectin. You know the rest? Right.
