Good Friday Morning & Daily Health Report - March 19

We've come to the end of the week? Did you work or is your business closed? Do you have plans you can do over the weekend? Or are you stuck at home? What have you done to fill the void where work used to be?
I made it to the pool one day this week before they closed. Instead, I'm walking around the complex. We'll see if that's an option today. Currently, it's snowing. I hope you can see the snowflakes in the picture. It's sticking to the grass but not the roads. We're not supposed to get an inch, so it probably won't look like more than what you see in the picture, taken just before 7 AM.
I've been awake since 2 AM but didn't get out of bed until twenty after. I watched the weather, did my Bible study and started work on Vendetta. I also had breakfast, a little different as I'm doing my best not to add sodium to my diet today. I have one last serving of corned beef and then that will be finished.
That brings me to yesterday's food and exercise totals.
Breakfast - Paleo Pancakes, Unsweetened Applesauce, 1 Banana other than the one used in the pancakes.

After walking through the complex yesterday in the rain, which wasn't bad when I started out, my hip started hurting to the extreme and I could barely walk when I stood up from the computer. It's still painful this morning, but not as bad as yesterday. I don't know how much walking I'll get done today, but I will work at it. I didn't do anything to cause this pain. I can only assume someone hurt their hip and I'm feeling the empathy pain because of it. That's happened before when people have been hurt in various places on their bodies. Once it was the heel of their foot. I couldn't walk for at least a week. I found out my sister-in-law broke her heel. So if any of you has a bad left hip, I'm literally feeling your pain. My cane came in handy last night and I'm considering it this morning, but haven't used it yet.
Okay, that's my report. How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. The image is the snow this morning. The white against the tree trunk is snowflakes.

It is still quite cold in your place! You need to be careful when walking. Yet you are doing great on your calorie count and tracking.
Here work from home has started for us. I have had done it before, but only a few times, and not for a longer period. Working remotely with many people has its own challenges.
Yet when at home, our commuting and some other things' time is saved.
At times, being within our homes can be depressing. Yet there are ways to be busy and be positive.

I was hoping you would get some snow from this storm system.

I agree. It's all gone now and from the forecast, won't be back now until fall. Though I could always hope for a good spring blizzard like we got a couple of years ago.

Can see snow at the tree roots but no flakes. Boo.
No weekend plans besides resting and cleaning.

I think you did good....the numbers still look good to me. Sorry about the hip pain...hope it is much better now.
I didn't do good with my food, as to why I haven't been posting my food posts. I will try my best to get back on track next week.

@just4him It could be, if you are holding onto water weight then that is understandable....and it should come off easy

I got my steps, but walking outside is impossible. My hip won't allow it. Maybe tomorrow it will be back to normal.

I did enjoy the snowfall. It's all melted now, but it was good while it lasted.
My hip is getting better. Thank you.
