We've hit a new low

I haven't yet googled it for details and confirmation but I heard of this happening in the US... Teens are now going around stores coughing on produce and then filming themselves doing it and sharing the videos on social media. Doing something like this is crazy in itself but given the current situation it is downright idiotic. How dumb can (young) people get?

I want to know where this happened at, so I know where there is still produce in stock. All of our stores have had empty shelves for the last week or so. We hear so much about the toilet paper selling out, but nobody has said a word about the fact that the fruits and vegetables are sold out as well!

@lovebuglena I need to road trip to Virginia to buy me some fruits and vegetables. I don't care if some bratty little snot-nosed teenager coughed on it, or peed on it, or whatever stupid prank they did to it. I would just wash all the fruits and vegetables really good before eating them.

It shows the intelligence level of the people. I wonder how can they finish school, if they are so dumb? This is not funny at all!

@lovebuglena I wonder what can a person talk with them about, if this is their level. It must be hard to be a teacher these days.

@rappeter13 They clearly don't know right from wrong. And I wonder what they will be like as adults.

Store managers need to be kicking the likes of those people out of their stores.

Yes, if they see them doing it. They may not know it is going on, especially if it's a big supermarket.

Pardon me for saying this but I have noticed that the younger generation are using technology to express their crazy ideas. I hope they get arrested.

@lovebuglena you are right. Some people will do crazy things just to be popular in social media or in their blogs.

They want followers or to become a "celebrity" of sorts. They want attention. That could be why they are doing this. But if they want all that there are better ways to achieve it.

They must find it fun, which is disgusting. I wouldn't want these kids to work in a kitchen of a restaurant. They'd probably spit on the food or do other gross stuff.

Kids will do anything it seems to get themselves noticed. I hope they come to a sticky end through their stupid antics.

They do more and more stupid things these days. And because they are teens parents can't really control what they do.

People sometimes dont understand until they realize the consequence of what they have done like they themselves or loved ones dying,

They are clearly not thinking of the consequences of their actions.
