Who would have thought that living is easy? Indeed life is a never ending struggle. You're at the point of living reaching for your dream when your roller coaster ride suddenly breaks halfway. Your heart skips a beat as you feel that the world suddenly stops and you don't know what to do. Are you going to jump and end your life right away? Or will you struggle to fight and survive the ride? Or will you just go with the flow, let yourself be in the situation you're in and wait for what's gonna happen next? Full of uncertainties and inhibitions. Yourself is your enemy. Like a chronic illness, your own immune system attacks its own. You have your enemy within you.
Being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease was tough and hard to accept. Was in denial while having thoughts of dying soon. Went through a series of flare unaware immune system is attacking itself... skin rashes, hair loss, joint pains, fever, loss of appetite, abnormal blood tests results and ecg, brain fog, panic attacks and depression. Been hospitalized several times and underwent heart and lung surgery and almost on the verge of death but dared to survive.
To God be the glory.

prayer and faith is our weapon and the best medicine. It is a lifetime illness and we just have a maintenance medication which put us on remission and help us go through with any untoward symptoms we may feel every single day. some days are better, other days may not... sometimes we're okay, there are times we're not. It's like that, dealing with an invisible illness
