Loosing Weight

So I am now discussing a tricky topic for me. I was thin once... one I was young. Ever since I entered university, I started gained some weight, slowly... but now, time as passed by and after 8 years, I have gained around 10kg! I was feeling bad. Really fat and disforme. Really disappointed at me and my body. So I decided it was time for me to do something for myself! And so I joined a group of nutritionists and started a diet! So far I have lost around 6kg, which means I have to lose 4kg more to reach my goal!

To loose 6 kgs in a diet plan is good. Continue with it and it will not be long before you achieve your goal.

@fufurinha No diet plan can be effective without exercise. Whatever you gain during diet period will be restored immediately after you stop the plan.
