my dog is to pudgy

Took my dog to the Vet for check up and was told he must lose some weight the Vet said to give him carrots for treats. I havent ever heard that before, he loves raw carrots,strange huh?

@pssionatepanda I have not heard to give a dog a carrot to help them lose weight.

@Writingghost I already know that my Sophie does not get enough exercise and she will not exercise with me. I do not feel her a lot so I believe I know the answer.

when the weather gets nicer I will start talking my dog for a walk I have to start slow as I am not steady on my feet,, should be good for both of us

Interesting ~ so I went to several sites and look what I found! Asparagus. Broccoli. Carrots. Green Beans. Kale. Mushrooms. Parsley. Pumpkin. Sweet potato. Zucchini. Maybe you can switch them up and keep your dog happy!
