What did you have for dinner last night?

A few nights ago, I ordered some really good Chinese food for take out from a local restaurant. Like many restaurants around the United States (and perhaps the world), they are offering only take out at this time.
I ordered something called "hot pot chicken," which is a delicate chicken dish with a nice, slightly spicy, sauce on it. The flavors are subtle, not overwhelming, like much American Chinese food can be.
I ordered "rice for two," meaning that I could get three meals out of the order. The cost was $18.00.
Last night, I heated some up and had it for dinner. As you can see, this restaurant provided delicious sweet peanuts with my order order, so I cooked some of that up on the side. It was yummy.
What did you have for dinner last night? Are you using more canned foods? Or doing your usual thing these days? I have some canned foods stored up here, but I'm trying to eat as "normal" as possible.

@TheHorse Fried up it's almost like bacon. I put a little bit of ketchup on it.

We had taco salad as we had all the ingredients for it and I had to use up teeny avocados (made guacamole). We had ground chicken instead of our usual ground beef (and half the amount). Before this pandemic, we have been trying to eat less meat and eat smaller portions . . . so this situation actually has made us stick to the plan. Plus this way we can conserve our ingredients (just in case). But eating well relatively well still

We've just doing the usual. We picked up fresh vegies a day or two ago. They should last a week or two. And I doubled up on staples so we can cook from scratch which is pretty much what we do anyway.

Last night? Beef and sweet potato stew. We've been eating normally around here. I have a freezer full of beef from the last cow we bought last fall and I usually have at least a couple of packages of chicken in the freezer as well. My grocery habits haven't changed and at this point, neither have our eating habits.
