Mom birthday celebration during lockdown

Planning to celebrate mom's birthday tomorrow. I was planning for this day from past 2 month. But now due to coronavirus we all are facing lockdown. I am planning to cook her favourite lunch but I don't have vegetables and not sure if Shop will open tomorrow.
I am really out oy ideas currently. But I will definitely try my best to make her happy.
